Abstract :
This Combined with actual situation of current higher education in China, this paper analyzes main influence factors for training quality of engineering undergraduates. By analyzing of a series of examples, it is pointed out that experimental teaching and management is an important part for the engineering undergraduates in teaching. Based on the theory and method of project management, the basic regularity of experimental teaching and management for the engineering undergraduates was studied. The results shows that the model of project management may definite the goal and responsibility of teaching and learning, it has positive meaning for training quality of engineering undergraduates.
