Firstly, the article sets forth the concept and characteristic of default risks in knowledge chain; Secondly, analysis the knowledge share agreement by building model, and so as to track down the factors that affect members break the contract originally; Finally, suggests some items should pay attention to reach a knowledge share agreement so as to reduce default risks in knowledge chain.
