Abstract
There have a positive correlation between economic growth and employment growth in developed marketing country, but many developing countries display high growth and low employment at varying degrees. This paper has proved that China exist long-standing employment elasticity decreasing trend to use the data of Chinese GDP and employment in years 1978-2007. This paper also has analyzed the declining trend and causes about employment elasticity.
