  • Abstract
    Based on the review of BSC, the paper proposes BSC used in library management and evaluation. It devices the application into 3 steps: reviewing the library statement, developing a strategy map and selecting performance measures. It also creates the benchmark for library evaluation used BSC, and concludes the details on the implementation.
