Abstract :
The emergence of Flipped classroom teaching has subverted the traditional teaching mode, raising the research upsurge throughout the world. Is it applicable to higher vocational education? Should it be applied to achieving the best teaching effect? This article has conducted a thorough research, aiming at higher vocational college talent cultivation requirement and current situation of students, explored the design scheme of flipped classroom teaching mode in higher vocational education. Experimental results have demonstrated that flipped classroom teaching mode applied in the higher vocational education plays a role in not only developing students´ good learning habits, improving their learning initiative, creativity, practical ability, communication and cooperation ability, but also solving the problem “teach students in accordance with their aptitude” that bothered us, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, improving the quality and level of teaching in higher vocational colleges, which proves its value of popularization.
