Abstract :
This paper puts forward the piecewise linear predistorter based on the PSO and bring out a FPGA implementation scheme based on the look-up table with low complexity when used in the high-speed predistortion system. Memoryless piecewise linear model and memory piecewise linear model are adopted according to the memory feature of power amplifiers. After approximating the nonlinear part by a piecewise linear function, its parameters are estimated by using PSO. The adaptive predistortion technique based on PSO is easy to implement. It is proved to be correct through Matlab simulation.
