Abstract
A clinical information system appropriate for a group practice at reasonable cost is discussed. Both text and coded (problem, medication, lab data, procedure) information can be rapidly entered and retrieved on screen or printed. The system is strongly problem and procedure based and supports multiple simultaneous users on a single 80386-based microcomputer using the magic-PC database language under the PC-MOS/386 operating system. System details and results from a nine-month test are also included
