            Abstract : 
It is very difficult how to assess students\´ performance for specialized course in college. This paper proposes an assessment method with "salary" as well as a "bonus" component. Teaching experiments show that this method is effective with respect to the students\´ performance-based assessment. The method is designed for assessing students\´ performance and helps teacher to cultivate students\´ innovative ability. This research is significant to practical teaching activities.
