Abstract :
This paper proposes a new design for a 30GHz CPW filter. An original excitation structure has been used. The filter has been realised and measured achieving 9% fractional bandwidth, insertion losses around 2dB, return losses less than 17dB and good agreement with simulation. This filter has been made tunable with a 9% maximum tuning band by the addition of four MEMS cantilevers varactors.
