Abstract :
The up-to-date sampling oscilloscopes have a bandwidth from DC to 65 GHz that allows to investigate transients with duration less than 6 ps. Arrangement of the sampling converters, analytical properties of complex transfer coefficient, the main errors and field of application are discussed. Comparison table of the sampling oscilloscopes presented in the market is given and discussed.
