Abstract :
We demonstrated first dynamic operation in first regrowth-free Michelson-interferometric SOA all-optical switch. 20 ps switching window and 10 Gbps wavelength conversion was achieved. This switch by selective-area-MOVPE is the first Michelson-interferometric type ever realised among all other bandgap-engineering approaches.
