The Study on the Influence of the Financial Crisis on Software Outsourcing Enterprises: Based on the Survey of Jiangsu Software Outsourcing Enterprises

The financial crisis had a heavy blow on the software outsourcing industry around the world, including Chinese. This research analyzed the Jiangsu province outsourcing enterprises data, then had the view that the influence of financial crisis on software outsourcing enterprises is profound, and refined three key factors of external circumstance that have effect on software outsourcing industry with the background of financial crisis. They are economic situation both at home and abroad, the government´s attitude to the software outsourcing industry and the talent supply. Then we drew the conclusion that the government had a motive force to the software outsourcing enterprises during the initial stage of the development.
