Based on analyzing various factors which affect the complex development level of the society, quoting the conception of fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral, the fuzzy integral method for evaluating the complex development level of the society is put forward, and the fuzzy integral evaluating model with multi-index and multi-layer parameters for the social complex development level is correspondingly established.
