Abstract :
A voltage to current transducer (VCT) having eight MOS transistors is introduced. Using ac analysis, potentials of implementing inductor(s) as well as positive and negative resistance(s) are established. Architecture for realizing more complex analog VLSI networks in voltage and current mode systems is illustrated. SPICE simulation results are provided
