Abstract
In China, suppliers and retail traders are making great efforts to enhance their control in the home appliances market to gain the upper hand in profit allotment. In doing so, salesclerks of storefront play an important role. In this paper, a game theory approach is used to analyze the effect of different salesclerk employment schemes on home appliances storefronts. Through modeling, the Nash equilibrium are found to determine the reasonability, stability and replaceability of the schemes.
