Study on Spreading Effect of inside Resources in the Parent-Subsidiary Enterprise´s System

In view of the advantage of enterprise resource theory resolving black-box problem inside company, the nature of enterprise resource relationships is defined and discussed firstly. Then parent-subsidiary enterprise is described and its characteristics based on enterprise resources relationships are analyzed in detail. Through probing the mechanism of enterprise inside resources spread, following conclusions can be got: the improvement of resource matching and potential difference between parent and subsidiary, the enhancement of information integrity on resources spreading and the development of resources spreading system are benefit for increasing the spreading value of resources between parent and subsidiary, and improving the effect creativity of parent-subsidiary management.
