Abstract :
The quality of information system (IS) is crucial to numerous industries. And the most decisive matter of IS quality is IS development (ISD) team performance. For building such theory and understanding the development team further, we try to synthesize the important factors which have the influence on team performance from the abroad literatures and find out the features of IS development of China. Overall, most of the results are in line with our hypotheses based on the literature but some of them reflect the unique aspect of ISD in China and meanwhile reveal the existence of many problems.
