Abstract :
The design of a current mode resistorless continuous time biquadratic filter for hearing aid application employing CCCIIs is presented. The circuit is capable of amplifying or attenuating signal at one or more selective band(s) of frequencies within the whole audio spectrum. The proposed circuit uses minimum number of active and passive elements. The electronic controllability of the filter parameters is achieved by bias currents of CCCIIs. PSPICE simulation results are shown to validate the theoretical results.
