Abstract :
In this paper, the coordinated development evaluation index system and model of regional Science&Technology and economy system have been put forward. At the same time, for example of Heilongjiang province, the development status of Science&Technology and economy system in Heilongjiang province has been evaluated. Finally, some advices have been given based on the demonstration research.
