Research on Duration-Cost-Quality Model under Uncertainty in Construction Project Management

Schedule, cost and quality control are main aspects in construction project management. Taking duration, cost and quality into account simultaneously, and keeping the balance among them during the whole process of project management are significant for the improvement of the overall benefits of construction project. In general, there is a trade-off between duration, cost and quality to complete a project. On basis of analyzing the relationship of duration, cost and quality, this paper establishes duration-cost model and duration-quality model which considering of uncertainty in construction project management. And a case study is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model. It provides scientific basis for project decision-making.
