Abstract :
As one of the traditional service industries, catering industry is experiencing the important development period of brand extensions. Customer satisfaction affects corporation economic efficiency and competitiveness. The paper presents six factors impacting the customer satisfaction basing on the literature reviews and in-depth interviews with consumers. The questionnaire found that the restaurant property and customer interests and quality of the meal have significant correlation with customer satisfaction.
