  • Abstract
    Here we have proposed a simple method to calculate distance of an object. We have established a relation between shift of an object in two images taken by two cameras placed at a particular distance having a specified distance in between them and distance of the object from camera line. This algorithm may be used in mobile robotics quite efficiently.
