Abstract
The impact of innovation in services industry is no less than the technological innovation in manufacturing industry from the degree and scope on the socio-economic. Services are the process between suppliers and customers. The most important character is that the suppliers and customers act as the active participants in the service process. The activities are not simply value activities, but rather the interaction. According to the difference between service system and traditional trading system, the value chain of service system can be divided into the suppliers, employees and customers. The influence factor of service innovation can be summed up by using the method of value chain analysis.
