Abstract :
The design principles, system structure and experimental debugging of high oxygen modified atmosphere box for fresh-cut fruits and vegetables were studied. Compared with gas chromatography, the concentrations measured by the oxygen and carbon dioxide sensor were accurate. Debugging process could be seen. The concentration in the experimental box of O2, CO2 gradually reached the set value. The most significant fluctuation in temperature was less than ± 0.5°C. The most significant fluctuation in relative humidity was less than ± 3%. The most significant fluctuation of O2 concentration in the volume fraction was less than ± 5%. The most significant fluctuation of CO2 concentration was less than ± 2%.
