Abstract :
To achieves the supply chains integration in construction has been advocated for a long time and it was deemed an effective solution to resolve many problems in construction. Because of the structure and current practice of the construction industry, however, the speed of integration is slow and the effect is unapparent. In this paper, the authors will present a conceptual framework of construction supply chain integration (CSCI) to address the above issues. It illustrates the key elements of CSCI in a comprehensive way. A brief review of current supply chain issues in the construction industry is provided. Based on a detailed literature review, organization relationship, collaborative, communication, feedback, trust and incentive are detailed investigation.
