Abstract :
According to the status quo of Chinese enterprises\´ environmental management and their practice on the the current hot spots "Energy Saving and Emission Reduction", and combine with the idea of Capability Maturity Model of "continuous improvement", this paper puts forward a enterprise SER-CMM model which is able to assess enterprises\´ level of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction, works out the KPA of every level in enterprise ESER-CMM through the Delphi method, and also describes the algorithm for the level assessment. In a word, this paper provides a method for the evaluation of the enterprises\´ capability in Energy Saving and Emission Reduction.
