  • Abstract
    Employee satisfaction is a key indicator of measuring the success of human resource management in modern hotels. Adopting SPSS15.0, this article has a descriptive analysis of the issues of the employees´ being satisfied or not, the most satisfying factors, the most dissatisfying factors, the impact of gender on satisfaction, the impact of work experience on the turnover intention and so on. After this, the article also gives some suggestions on how to improve the employees´ satisfaction.
