Abstract :
Offshore service outsourcing is the latest wave in the global realignment of economic activities. As a leading coastal province in eastern China, Shandong has made ambitious plans to foster internationally competitive service outsourcing industries. This paper provides a brief SWOT analysis for Shandong province and concludes that Shandong has great strength and opportunities to realize its ambition while there are weaknesses and threats to be addressed.
