Abstract
This paper describes a system based on metal oxide semiconductor sensors developed for two different environmental applications: monitoring of contaminant gases coming from combustion processes and analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in soils. The promising experimental results suggest that this technique could constitute an important choice of competitive instruments suitable for measurements “in situ”
