Abstract :
The Air Force has recently conducted a flight test program which collected approximately 100000 frames of FLIR imagery for the purpose of training and testing automatic target cuers (ATCs). In order to utilize this imagery for training and testing ATCs, the imagery must be truthed, i.e., the pixels belonging to each target captured in each image must be identified and labeled accordingly. The techniques and software tools developed to perform the image truthing process are described
