            Abstract : 
A new MMSE receiver, which is termed prediction MMSE (PMMSE) receiver, is proposed for joint multiple-access and narrow-band interference suppression in asynchronous DS/CDMA systems. Numerical results indicate that the PMMSE receiver provides considerable advantages over conventional MMSE receiver
