Abstract :
We propose a resonant dc/dc converter with Class DE inverter and half-wave current-controlled rectifier. The proposed converter can control the output voltage while keeping the zero voltage switching for both of inverter and rectifier at a constant operating frequency, and it can be miniaturized because it utilizes only one DE inverter. The circuit analysis and experimental results are given in this paper. The measured maximum dc/dc power conversion efficiency was 80.4% when the operating frequency f is 1 MHz and the output power P0 is 1.1 W
