Abstract
A novel circuit for an analog multiplier in a standard CMOS process is described. It is based on a two-current conveyors cell associated with a four MOSFET transconductor. This differential multiplier achieves a bandwidth of 80 MHz with a total harmonic distortion of two percents, because of the use of high-frequency current conveyors
