Abstract :
Electro-hydraulic proportional valve is widely used in large-scale manufacturing and heavy equipment in the field of machining, which ensures that the automation and precision manufacturing of key components of production process, it is the focus of work of performance monitoring and test equipment troubleshooting. At present, the high-performance electro-hydraulic proportional valve can be produced by the domestic manufacturers, however, it is the low level of test automation and poor reliability, in order to increase the efficiency of automated testing, reliable static and dynamic performance proportional valves. This study is put forward the performance automated test system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve which based on the principle of automatic test principle. Which can achieve the high efficient and reliable, automatic measurement of electro-hydraulic proportional valve.
