Abstract :
A low noise BiCMOS sub-bandgap voltage reference that minimizes high-order temperature effects is presented. The circuit has an output voltage of 203 mV, with a temperature coefficient of 1.7 ppm/°C in the range of 0°C to 70°C. The circuit has an output white noise amplitude of approximately 26 nV/√Hz. The circuit operates with a 1 VDC power supply and has a power dissipation less than 200 μW
