Abstract :
A low-power fifth-order 100 kHz CMOS Gm-C filter intended for baseband mobile communication is presented. The operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) used in this filter has a measured input linear range up to 2 Vpp. The filter fabricated in 1.5 μm CMOS technology dissipates 600 μW from a single 3.3 V supply.
