Abstract :
In recent years, the arrangement of hospital beds, utilizing the rule of First Come, First Serve (FCFS), reveals the common poor management of hospitals. Importantly, our proposed Six-stage Hospital Beds Arrangement Management System (Six-stage HBAMS) uses General Utility Function (utilizing Gray Correlation Analysis) to determine the hospitalization orders of patients. To verify Six-stage HBAMS, we use our proposed History Repeating Method utilizing our proposed Modified TOPOSIS Method as the evaluation method before we use Monte Carlo Simulation Algorithm for further verification. The result of verification demonstrates that Six-stage HBAMS is a reliable approach to improve the currently poor arrangement of hospital beds. At last, to achieve widely application of Six-stage HBAMS, we offer the method of model modification according to the matter of fact for hospital managers.
