Abstract :
In this paper a comprehensive analysis of stability and compensation of CFOA is presented. This study is particularly useful for pencil-and-paper design of CFOA and takes into account both the resistive and the capacitive feedback. Also a detailed comparison is performed with respect to circuits implemented with voltage operational amplifiers. The paper shows that a CFOA can be used to realize a differentiator that avoids the compensation problem arising by using the voltage operational amplifier
