Abstract :
This work reviews recent progress on ultrafast OTDM transmission up to 1 Tbit/s. A new technique for distortion-free transmission employing time-domain optical Fourier transformation (OFT) are described. The BER curves versus received power after 524 and 600 km transmissions are obtained.
