Abstract
A new RC resonator structure based on a modified twin-T bandreject filter is described. The properties of the structure are tested by SPICE simulations and by measurements of the real oscillator circuit. Measurements show a clear improvement in near-carrier phase noise in comparison to the classical RC-CR oscillator
