Abstract

The paper presents some results of the development of two interactive Webaccessed courses for distance learning. The first course focuses on convolutional codes and decoding algorithms, the second course focuses on MAC protocols in WLANs. The courses provide the students with a compact basic theory and highly interactive applets written in Java.
