Abstract :
The indicators that can measure the structure of manufacturing were put forward and the level of waste emission by manufacturing was carded. The harmony between the structure of manufacturing and waste emission in Changzhou were analyzed by using the coordinating measurement model of composite system. The result showed that the harmony is not high but it is becoming better. Some suggestions that can improve the harmony between the structure of manufacturing and environment were advanced.
