Abstract :
Based on existed theory of knowledge management, this paper chooses the large and medium enterprises in Heilongjiang as subjects. The questionnaire that involves more than 100 enterprises is made whose results are analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) in terms of large sample analysis. Consequently, this paper establishes tests and modifies the effecting factors model of knowledge management implementing performance, which reveals the relationship between knowledge management concept, knowledge management activity, knowledge management technique & staff and knowledge management implementing performance respectively. Besides, in terms of the characters and practical conditions of large and medium enterprises in Heilongjiang, a set of improving suggestions and recommendations has been figured out so as to facilitate enterprises´ knowledge management implementing.
