Abstract :
Firstly, this paper introduced the SOA technology used by data integration. Then it designed a flexible solution for the data conflict, which used conflict factor and resolution factor as the basic of conflict detection and solution, and made use of XML as the standard data format for data transmission. Finally it designed a heterogeneous data integration system based SOA. The system built a central database to share common data using web services. Mean while, the upper application could effectively organize and manage the distributed data by getting access to these loose web services. Ultimately the system achieved data consistency among different applications.
