Abstract :
This paper presents the graphical program design based on Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW) for off-axis cavity enhanced absorption spectroscopy (OA-CEAS) . The program with friendly user interface has the abilities of instrument controlling, data acquiring, processing, displaying and storing in real time. By using this virtual instrumentation (VI), laser, oscilloscope, wavemeter and data acquisition board can be easily controlled through personal computer (PC), and the absorption spectrum will be recorded and displayed conveniently after graph fitting or filtering. The experimental result proves that the design of multiplex function satisfies the experimental requirements well. All subVIs making up this software can be shared by other similar experimental programs with a little variation. Finally this program is made independent of LabVIEW environment and can be applied separately.
