Mineral Resources Development Strategy in China--Macro-Management

This paper offers an in-depth examination of the strategy trend of development and macro-management of mineral resources in China should be dynamic management of reserves: moderate development of resources, strategic resource reserves, overall value increase of mining area, dividing-area management of mineral resources, regulation and optimization of mining structure and layout, paid use of mineral resources, effective compensation for the ecological environment of mining area (or mine), management of mine safety and sustainable utilization of land in mining area etc. The paper analyzes and discusses all the eleven aspects above.
