Abstract :
Personnel control is one of the most important content of the enterprise internal control. The effective and perfect control of the human resources is not only the basic guarantee to realize the enterprise internal control, but also the reasonable safeguard to realize effective corporate governance. The paper will construct the evaluation index system of human resource internal control and then use unascertained measure model to evaluate it. The unascertained comprehensive evaluation results of human resource internal control will be get clearly. This is a good way to provide scientific theory and methods for building effective evaluation system of human resource internal control and for the explanations and suggestions on the policy of corporate governance.
