Abstract :
The characteristics of the navy vessel´s Alternatives evaluation and the basic indexes composition of the evaluation system are analyzed, and the difficulty of calculating navy vessel´s LCC accurately during early stages is pointed out. It analyzes the synthesis and calculation process, and makes an assumption that measuring the LCC of navy vessel with substitution indexes. Then, it makes a systematic analysis on the bottom attributes´ measurement indexes of the navy vessel LCC´s components, and provides the measurement indexes that can reflect LCC´s characteristics, and discusses the approach of standardizing the indexes and determining its weight. At last, an example is given to illustrate the approach´s feasibility of evaluating the alternatives during early stages.
