Abstract :
Volumetric absorbing materials with absorbing and matching fibers oriented with respect to a substrate are developed in such a way that their periodic structure and different lengths of absorbing and matching fibers provide the good concordance with free space. Tests show that when using such materials, the reflected power does not exceed 0.15%.
