This paper proposes a system of team evaluation criteria. The Anchor method is used to quantify the interview information. The appraising curve from questionnaire and interview information is made to find the team building effect rapidly and directly in order that proper measures will be taken to build an effective team. The effect is satisfied by using this method in a case study of a pharmaceutical sale team.
